BIOGRAPHY
Fred Sinistra is a professional Belgian-Italian Light Heavyweight kickboxer from Belgium, fighting out of Duello Fight Team in Brussels.

He was born in Liège, Belgium. Currently living in Brussels, Belgium and training at Palace Champ Team.

He is four-time Belgian kickboxing and full-contact champion, two-time European kickboxing and full-contact champion and WFCA World Champion in 2010.

Sinistra was born and raised in a large family of Italian descent in Lieges, Belgium. Sinistra began training in kickboxing at the age of 16 when he also began practicing track and field, but eventually quit track and field at the age of 16 because of his preference for kickboxing.

As a teenager he trained at the Club Sergio Boxing in Stockay St-Georges, Liège, Belgium. When the Club Sergio Boxing closed his door, he joined the best gym in his area, MPJ Team ran by Marc Petit-Jean.

His initial trainer was Marc Petit-Jean, under whom he became Belgian and European kickboxing and full-contact champion.
Sinistra became a well-known fighter as he took wins over Stefan Leko, while also facing well-established fighters such as Badr Hari, Igor Jurkovic and Wendell Roche.

Under Petit-Jean’s coaching, Sinistra suffered a few losses. After a tough fight against Wendell Roche, Sinistra met Quarteron in a few weeks notice and lose the fight by TKO. Sinistra got his chance for challenge Badr Hari, lost the fight by KO but gained a lot of respect for stepping up to such a great fighter like Badr Hari.

2009
Sinistra made his IT’S SHOWTIME debut at the Fights at the Border presents It's Showtime in Antwerp, Belgium on February 8, 2009. Sinistra faced Badr Hari where he
lost the fight by a right cross KO at 2:06 in the first round.

2010
He defeated Stefan Leko with ease, scoring one knockdown in the first round before the referee stopped the fight, earning him a TKO victory.

2012
He faced Patrice Quarteron for the second time on November 17, 2012 in Liege, Belgium and the pair fought to a draw.

2014
Sinistra left MPJ Team and joined Gökhan Yildizli’s Duello Sports Management to reach a higher level in his career. Coached by the dutch legendary fighter Yücel Fidan and made his comeback in december 2014 against Fikri Ameziane in Charleroi, Belgium at WE ARE ONE.

2015
In October 2015, Sinistra takes an important fight on short notice at Final Fighting Championship 20 in Zagreb, Croatia and wins the fight by unanimous decision over Dzevad Poturak. 

2016
In Istanbul, Sinistra was expected to face Erhan Deniz, however, Deniz faces another opponent and Sinistra got Sergio Pique and lose the fight by decision.
After Pique's fight, Sinistra faces Fred Sikking and lose the fight by withdrawal.

2017
In Istanbul May 13th, he was expecting to face Mert Akin, however, Mert faces another opponent and Sinistra got Zabit Samedov and lose the fight by tko (Leg Injury). 
September 30th, Sinistra is expecting to face Ismail Lazaar at Enfusion in Antwerpen (Belgium).
