Fred Sinistra is a professional Belgian-Italian Light Heavyweight kickboxer from Belgium, fighting out of Duello Fight Team in Brussels.
He was born in Liège, Belgium. Currently living in Brussels, Belgium and training at Palace Champ Team.
He is four-time Belgian kickboxing and full-contact champion, two-time European kickboxing and full-contact champion and WFCA World Champion in 2010.
Sinistra was born and raised in a large family of Italian descent in Lieges, Belgium. Sinistra began training in kickboxing at the age of 16 when he also began practicing track and field, but eventually quit track and field at the age of 16 because of his preference for kickboxing.
As a teenager he trained at the Club Sergio Boxing in Stockay St-Georges, Liège, Belgium. When the Club Sergio Boxing closed his door, he joined the best gym in his area, MPJ Team ran by Marc Petit-Jean.
His initial trainer was Marc Petit-Jean, under whom he became Belgian and European kickboxing and full-contact champion.
Sinistra became a well-known fighter as he took wins over Stefan Leko, while also facing well-established fighters such as Badr Hari, Igor Jurkovic and Wendell Roche.
Under Petit-Jean’s coaching, Sinistra suffered a few losses. After a tough fight against Wendell Roche, Sinistra met Quarteron in a few weeks notice and lose the fight by TKO. Sinistra got his chance for challenge Badr Hari, lost the fight by KO but gained a lot of respect for stepping up to such a great fighter like Badr Hari.
Sinistra made his IT’S SHOWTIME debut at the Fights at the Border presents It's Showtime in Antwerp, Belgium on February 8, 2009. Sinistra faced Badr Hari where he
lost the fight by a right cross KO at 2:06 in the first round.
He defeated Stefan Leko with ease, scoring one knockdown in the first round before the referee stopped the fight, earning him a TKO victory.
He faced Patrice Quarteron for the second time on November 17, 2012 in Liege, Belgium and the pair fought to a draw.
Sinistra left MPJ Team and joined Gökhan Yildizli’s Duello Sports Management to reach a higher level in his career. Coached by the dutch legendary fighter Yücel Fidan and made his comeback in december 2014 against Fikri Ameziane in Charleroi, Belgium at WE ARE ONE.
In October 2015, Sinistra takes an important fight on short notice at Final Fighting Championship 20 in Zagreb, Croatia and wins the fight by unanimous decision over Dzevad Poturak.
In Istanbul, Sinistra was expected to face Erhan Deniz, however, Deniz faces another opponent and Sinistra got Sergio Pique and lose the fight by decision.
After Pique's fight, Sinistra faces Fred Sikking and lose the fight by withdrawal.
In Istanbul May 13th, he was expecting to face Mert Akin, however, Mert faces another opponent and Sinistra got Zabit Samedov and lose the fight by tko (Leg Injury).
In November 2017, Sinistra fought in istabul, Turkey and wins the fight by KO over Mert Akin.
April 14, Sinistra faced Yassin Bouanan at Glorious Fight in Lieges (Belgium) and lose by split decision.
On May 30, 2017 in Moscow, Russia, Fred faced the former PRIDE legend Sergei Kharitonov at Zhara Fight Show 1. He lose the fight by TKO in the 2nd Round.

Steven Cnudde (born June 6, 1988) is a professional Belgian Judoka and Middleweight Mixed Martial Artist.
He was born in Brussels, Belgium. Currently living in Brussels and training at SHOCX with the head coach Carlos Latorre.
Steven Cnudde began judo at the age of 4 and a half with his elder brother Jimmy under the guidance of their father.
He was a member of JC Inter Gembloux-Wavre in Belgium.
He is 3 time Belgian Championship, 3 time Belgian Vice-Champion and 2 time Bronze medals.
He has also won 5 medals at the Senior European Cups. 7th at European Championships under 23.

John Palaiologos (born August 19, 1987) is a professional Greek Welterweight Mixed Martial Artist, fighting out of Kings MMA in California.
He was born in Athens, Greece and he start training at the age of 17 in Kickboxoing at the Monomaxous Chalkida fighting club and then continued with MMA and Muay Thai training at Evoiki Dynami and Sfyridis Gladiators fighting clubs.
John is a professional athlete since 2012 and a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt. In Athens, he is training in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with the EFL Academy.
In 2012 - 2nd at the Acropolis Open tournament and 3rd at the No Gi Open tournament.
In 2013 - 1st at the Greek Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship and 3rd at the Rome European Open.

Shamil Zavurov (born July 4, 1984) is a professional Russian Lightweight Mixed Martial Artist, with a background in Sambo and freestyle wrestling. Shamil is currently fighting for Champion in Derbent, Republic of Dagestan where he is born and raised.
Zavurov attended high school in Makhachkala, the capital of Dagestan, where he began training in freestyle wrestling under Mairbek Yusupov (member of the 1977-78 USSR team who went went on to coach Dagestan’s freestyle wrestling team). Post-school, he studied at the Dagestan State Pedagogical University, graduating from the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports and also studied Law at the Dagestan Institute of Finance and Law. He continued working on his martial arts training, taking up Combat Sambo. He likes to employ the techniques Georges St-Pierre, whom he is a fan of.
Shamil Zavurov has achieved a great deal of success in combat sports. In addition to more than 50 victories in amateur and semi-professional MMA, he has triumphed more than 50 times in Combat Sambo bouts, in the process winning winning three world championships (2004, 2005, and 2007). He has also won international tournaments in Wushu Sanda (2003) and wrestling and was the 2002 Dagestani champion in Wushu Sanda in the youth division. In 2005 and 2007, he won Russian national championships and was twice the CIS champion in hand-to-hand combat.
A professional MMA competitor since 2004, Zavurov has won all but two of his professional fights.He is the former M-1 Global World Welterweight champion.
Zavurov signed with Bellator MMA and was reported to take part in Bellator MMA: Season Eight. However, for reasons of visa problems, did not take part in any event of the season.
