Tolga Polat (born May 29, 1988) is a amateur Turkish Light Heavyweight mixed martial artist and wrestler, fighting out of Tolga Polat Fight Club in Bursa, Turkey.

He was born in the capital of the Republic of Turkey, Ankara. Currently is living in Bursa, Turkey and training at his own academy TPFC with his striking coach turkish former K-1 Max Japan kick boxer Serkan Yilmaz, Wrestling national coach Ahmet Yildirim, Judo coach Semih Isik, Boxing national olympic coach Bahram Muzaffer and his strentgh and conditionning coach Hakan Korular.

Tolga is Judo, he began judo at the age of 10. Growing up, he played soccer as a goal keeper, and participated in gymnastics, swimming, basket ball and hand ball. As mma amateur outside of Turkey he fought in Baku, Azerbaijan (95kg).

In Judo, he is 3 time Turkish Championship (1999, 2002 and 2006), 3 time Balkan Champion in 81 kg and 1 time Bronze medals in Austria.

In November 2013 at the Sambo World Championship in St Petersburg, he was in the round 16th (Category 100kg). 

In Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tolga is Blue Belt under Emre Baydas and Arda Günçicek (Branch of Checkmat Turkey).
In BJJ, he is Balkan Champion in +94kg and 2nd at Ne-Waza Championship (Romania 2014)

In July 2016, Tolga participate in the IMMAF 2016 in Las Vegas, lose the fight in the first round by tko. Despite the loss, Polat says that he's still determinated to pursue his MMA dream.
In November 2017, Tolga participate in the IMMAF 2017 in Manama, Bahrain, won the fight in the first round by abandon. 
In November 2018, Tolga participate in the IMMAF 2018 in Manama, Bahrain, lost his fight via guillotine choke.
